The episode begins with Frieza, still reeling from his defeat at the hands of Goku, seeking out the help of his loyal followers, Zarbon and Dodoria. Frieza discovers a mysterious temple on a remote planet, where he meets a powerful being who offers to help him achieve his revenge.
