Rachael Cavaliero was raised in a close-knit family in Essex, England. Growing up, she developed a passion for dance and fitness, which would later become a significant aspect of her career. Before appearing on TOWIE, Cavaliero worked as a recruitment consultant and later as a marketing executive. However, it was her outgoing personality and striking looks that caught the attention of producers, leading to her casting on the reality show.
