Zebronics does offer a universal “Zebronics IP Finder” for all their products. The tool is model-specific for certain IP cameras and network devices. If you can’t find it on their website, contact Zebronics support with your product’s model number. Also, some newer devices support mDNS (Bonjour) — try accessing http://zebronics-<model>.local in your browser.
