If you suspect fraud, call the dedicated NatWest fraud team immediately rather than trying to unblock the card yourself.
Tap on "Manage card" or the gear/settings icon next to the card.
Select the bank account associated with the blocked debit card.
If you entered the wrong PIN three times at a shop or card reader, you can unblock it immediately via the app or request a reminder online. Log in to the NatWest Mobile App. Select the account linked to the card. Tap on Manage Cards . Select See PIN and re-authenticate your identity.
