The film acts as both a sequel to Koi... Mil Gaya (2003) and an origin story. It follows Krishna (Hrithik Roshan), the son of the mentally challenged Rohit from the previous film. Krishna inherits his father's enhanced intellect and physical abilities, living a secluded life in a hill station with his grandmother (Rekha) to protect him from those who might exploit his powers.
