❌ – Many editors corrupt saves if you don’t disable cloud sync first. ❌ No Xbox/PS/Switch support (generally) – Most editors are for PC (Steam/GOG) only. Console save encryption is much harder. ❌ Outdated tools – Many editors were last updated 2014–2018. Castle Crashers has had minor patches since; some editors break. ❌ Over-leveling ruins fun – Maxed stats make insane mode trivial; game becomes boring in 30 minutes. ❌ No online cheating protection? – Actually, Castle Crashers has no anti-cheat, but other players may kick you if they notice all stats 99 at level 1.
Avoid web-based editors – they often fail with large saves.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)
If you’ve already beaten the game legitimately and just want to mess around with maxed-out stats or unlock everything without the grind, a save editor is exactly what you need. However, it completely kills the sense of progression and can soft-lock your game if you don't know what you are doing.
