Remove S - Mode Without Microsoft Account
If you absolutely refuse to use a Microsoft account (even temporarily), expect to do a clean OS reinstall. For most users, it’s easier to sign in once, remove S mode, then switch back to a local account – but that wasn’t the question. So yes, possible, but impractical for non-tech-savvy users.
