OpenH.264 is an open-source H.264 video encoder and decoder library, which provides a free and efficient alternative to proprietary H.264 codecs. Baytrail (Bay S2) is a platform developed by Intel, used in devices like the Intel Edison board, which features a low-power Atom processor.

To evaluate OpenH264 in The Bay Season 2, we conducted a series of experiments using a representative set of video clips from the series. We encoded the video clips using OpenH264 with various configuration settings, including different bitrates, resolutions, and GOP (Group of Pictures) structures.
