Every freezer is assigned a unique ID (e.g., ULT-03 ). Each shelf, rack, and box position is encoded using a fixed-length alphanumeric code. Example: ULT-03/S2/R4/B12/C03 signifies Freezer 3, Shelf 2, Rack 4, Box 12, Column 3.
