When a new computer-based reading software is introduced, Janine is eager to help her mentor, Barbara Howard, navigate the tech. Barbara, however, is resistant to change and insists she is "Miss Tech," despite clearly being overwhelmed. To avoid admitting she can't use the program, Barbara accidentally "cheats" the system by inputting perfect scores for her students.
