The story follows Linda (played by exploitation queen Linda Blair), a young woman sentenced to 18 months in a federal penitentiary after a vehicular manslaughter conviction. She enters a world divided. On one side is the "good" gang, led by the cool-headed Ericka (played by Tamara Dobson, Cleopatra Jones ). On the other is the "bad" gang, led by the chaotic Kat (played by Sybil Danning, the Austrian goddess of 80s B-movies).
