When in doubt – especially with forgotten passcodes – contact your IT support team. They have tools (like passcode escrow or remote reset) that can save your data and get you back to work quickly.

If the passcode was not escrowed, the only fix is a factory reset via recovery mode (wipes all data). When in doubt – especially with forgotten passcodes
If a user is locked out of their device, you can fix this remotely from the Miradore dashboard: : Navigate to Management > Devices . Configuring company passcode for enrollment
The system generates a new temporary passcode. You can choose to have it emailed directly to the user or view it on the device page's tab under the Security section . For iOS Devices :
: Go to Management > Configuration profiles and click Add . Select Platform : Choose Android , iOS , Windows , or macOS .
