If you are using the newer "Snip & Sketch" tool (often launched by pressing Windows Key + Shift + S ), the behavior is slightly different but similar in principle:
He clicked through the usual haunts. Documents ? No. Pictures ? A folder of vacation photos, but no snips. Downloads ? Just driver updates.
