Adductors Muscles

Most frequently injured; forms part of the femoral triangle. Medial third of the linea aspera.

The adductors are a group of five muscles located on the medial (inner) thigh. Their primary collective action is —moving the leg toward the body’s midline. However, they play far more complex roles in stability, rotation, and locomotion. adductors muscles
