Getting Started
Sign up for a Zoho Mail account : If you haven't already, sign up for a Zoho Mail account on the Zoho website. Download and install the Zoho Mail app : Go to the Zoho website and download the Zoho Mail app for your desktop or mobile device. Launch the app : Once installed, launch the Zoho Mail app and sign in with your Zoho Mail credentials.
Navigating the Interface
Inbox : The inbox is where you'll find all your received emails. You can sort emails by date, sender, subject, and more. Folders : Zoho Mail allows you to create custom folders to organize your emails. You can create, rename, and delete folders as needed. Compose : The compose window is where you can write and send new emails. Contacts : The contacts section allows you to manage your contacts and groups. zoho mail application
Basic Features
Sending an Email :
Click on the "Compose" button. Enter the recipient's email address in the "To" field. Type your email message in the body. Add attachments, if needed. Click "Send". Getting Started Sign up for a Zoho Mail
Replying to an Email :
Open the email you want to reply to. Click on the "Reply" button. Type your response in the body. Click "Send".
Forwarding an Email :
Open the email you want to forward. Click on the "Forward" button. Enter the recipient's email address. Click "Send".
