(For a hypothetical WWE 2K14 Steam Edition)
Considering the game's flaws and somewhat dated feel, I wouldn't say that WWE 2K14 is worth its full price tag. However, if you're a die-hard WWE fan or can find it on sale, it might be worth checking out.
WWE 2K14 , however, was the peak of the "Yuke's engine." Developed by the legendary studio Yuke’s, it was the culmination of years of iteration. It wasn't trying to be a simulation fighter; it was trying to be a fun wrestling game.
It is a tragedy that WWE 2K14 never graced the Steam store. It would have been a system-seller for wrestling fans. But in a way, its absence has made it more special. It remains a community treasure, kept alive by emulators, modders, and YouTubers who refuse to let the "Attitude Era" of gameplay design die.
